4 Zones · Open to Any Team
Season IV is structured around four regional zones — Berbice, Essequibo, East Bank/West Demerara, and Georgetown/East Coast Demerara. Each zone is open to any eligible tapeball team, with zonal winners advancing to the national knockout leading into the Anna Regina finals.
T10 Tapeball Format
The short, high-energy T10 tapeball format — 10 overs per side with a tennis/tape ball — is the backbone of village and community cricket across Guyana. Matches are fast, high-scoring, and built for community turnout, which is why the tournament brands itself with the #VillageT10 hashtag.
The Four Zones
Season IV is contested across four regional zones. Each zone is open to any tapeball cricket team, with registration on a first-come, first-served basis. Zonal winners feed into the national knockout leading to the Anna Regina finals.
Berbice Zone
Region 5 and Region 6 teams from across the Berbice river basin. Open to any village or community tapeball side.
Essequibo Zone
Pomeroon-Supenaam (Region 2) and Essequibo Coast teams — the zone that also hosts the national finals at Anna Regina Stadium.
East Bank / West Demerara
East Bank Demerara, West Demerara and West Bank villages — the largest catchment of clubs in Region 3 and northern Region 4.
Georgetown / East Coast Demerara
Georgetown city clubs and East Coast Demerara villages — where 2025 top batsman Quazim Yusuf's Eccles All-Stars compete.
