3.3 No Guarantee of Publication

Submission of a business listing does not guarantee publication. We reserve sole discretion over what content appears on 592Hub.

4. User-Generated Content

4.1 Content You Submit

When you submit content to 592Hub (including business listings, photos, reviews, or other materials), you:

• Grant us a license: You grant 592Hub a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content on the Site and for promotional purposes
• Retain ownership: You retain ownership of your content, but the license allows us to use it
• Warrant originality: You represent that you own or have rights to submit the content and that it does not infringe on any third party's rights

4.2 Prohibited Content

You may NOT submit content that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Infringes on intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, etc.)

• Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Site.
• Travel Information: Travel guides are for informational purposes only. Always verify with official sources and take appropriate precautions.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• 592Hub, its owner, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are NOT liable for any losses arising from your use of the Site or reliance on information provided
• We are NOT liable for any transactions, interactions, or disputes between you and businesses listed on the Site
• Our total liability shall not exceed $100 CAD

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against 592Hub.
