The ExxonMobil Guyana Global Super League 2026 is a T20 franchise cricket tournament running from July 23 to August 1, 2026 at the Guyana National Stadium in Providence, East Bank Demerara. Chaired by West Indies cricket legend Clive Lloyd and backed by title sponsor ExxonMobil Guyana, the competition brings international franchise cricket to a country whose cricketing culture runs as deep as any in the Caribbean.
The 2026 edition features five franchises playing twelve matches across a 10-day window, competing for a headline prize pool of US $1,000,000. The full line-up brings flagship franchises from five different leagues together under one roof at Providence — host Guyana Amazon Warriors (CPL), Desert Vipers (reigning ILT20 champions), Lahore Qalandars (PSL), Perth Scorchers XI (BBL), and San Francisco Unicorns (Major League Cricket).
Format: single round-robin (10 league matches), followed by a Qualifier (2nd vs 3rd place) on Friday 31 July, and the Final (1st place vs Qualifier winner) on Saturday 1 August. Night games run under Providence's 15,000-capacity floodlights.
The 2025 final, played before a sold-out Providence crowd, saw the Guyana Amazon Warriors lift their first GSL title with a 32-run win over Rangpur Riders (Imran Tahir named Player of the Series). They return in 2026 as defending champions.
