1

2

Submit Application with Documents

Submit the completed form with required documents to the Commissioner of Police. You will receive an acknowledgement letter. Required: valid ID, proof of address, two character references, passport-sized photos, and a statement of reason for needing the firearm.

Police officers will visit your residence, take a statement, and fingerprints. The Divisional Commander verifies your information and submits a report with a recommendation.
