Story
From the manatee pond to the Royal Gazette site and the giant yellow-footed tortoises — tracing the world's rarest postage stamp printed in Demerara in 1856 — capped with a fusion meal back in the garden.
Two careers, one table.
Eon's culinary path took him through Germany, France, Spain and the UK — including a BBC Saturday Kitchen pilot. In parallel, his music career has put him on tour with Blondie, Toots and the Maytals, and The Wailers — and on screen in 'Respect,' which premiered at Cannes.
Back home in Georgetown with his wife Jessica, he turned a single secret garden into a hands-on Guyanese culinary experience. The tours are small by design — one to three guests at a time — so every dish, every story and every song lands the way it's meant to.
